Automatic Defect Painter

Designing an automatic defect painter to mark issues detected by a customer-provided sensor was a challenging project. The sprayer was designed to receive a signal from the sensor and wait a certain amount of time for the defect to clear the machine so it could be painted. This required a design that could adjust the delay time according to the machine speed.
